2) Corporate Commercial Works (joint ventures, corporate restructuring, distributorship, management agreement and consultancy agreement);

3) General Conveyancing Practice relating to real property (building and landed) including drafting, advising, perusing on conveyancing documentation, other security leasing documentations relating to land, landlord and tenant, lease, money lending transactions and general banking advise and documentations mortgages including preparing and advising on financial and security instruments for consumer and corporate banking.
